Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive to join the Group Sourcing & Supply Chain team. This role will focus on driving initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity across the organization’s procurement and supply chain functions.
The Senior Executive will support category managers across various raw materials, implement Lean manufacturing principles, and work to eliminate inefficiencies within the supply chain. The objective is to create streamlined, agile processes that meet customer demands while ensuring cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive initiatives to optimize sourcing processes and supply chain efficiency.
- Support category managers in sourcing raw materials and enhancing supply chain performance.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage logistics, operations, and risk assessment.
- Analyze data to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive cost-effective solutions.
- Assist in project management and process mapping across the supply chain.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in operations, logistics, sourcing, and supply chain management in the apparel industry.
- Proven expertise in project management, data analysis, process mapping, and cross-functional collaboration.
- B.Sc. in Textile & Apparel Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management, or equivalent qualifications in the field.
Core Competencies:
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in project implementation, strategic thinking, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent decision-making and relationship management abilities.
- Deep understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and value-driven supply chain management.
