Job Title: Zonal Operations Manager
Job Profile:
- Oversee restaurant performance in the assigned cluster, driving sales and profit growth.
- Accountable for financial performance and P&L within the zone.
- Ensure quality and service standards are met in all stores.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain safety, health, and hygiene standards.
- Manage costs and ensure budget compliance.
- Collaborate with senior management for process improvements.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of education with a degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent.
- Experience in Operations Management in QSR industry or retail, FMCG experience a plus.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
