Job Description
The Job:
- Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Offboarding
- Initiate recruitment process and implement compensation plans
- Oversee onboarding for new recruits and manage personnel files
- Facilitate offboarding for departing employees
- Consultancy Management
- Manage consultancy contracts and payment processes
- Employee Engagement
- Conduct engagement surveys, implement initiatives and analyze feedback
- Learning & Development
- Identify skill gaps, execute training plans, and track progress
- Payroll Management
- Collect salary inputs, coordinate for processing
- Policy Management
- Distribute policy documents and manage acknowledgments
- HR Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations, oversee insurance plans, and provide support
The Person:
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in HR
- Minimum 2-3 years HR experience, IT sector experience a plus
- Interpersonal, communication skills, HR software proficiency
- Knowledge of labor laws, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
