Key Responsibilities:
- Tailor-Made Itineraries: Customise each itinerary based on guests’ interests and preferences, ensuring a unique and memorable experience.
- Rapid Response: Respond to inquiries quickly, confirming services and maintaining clear communication with guests and agents.
- Guest Delight: Prioritise exceptional guest service, ensuring that each visitor’s experience exceeds expectations.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with international travel agents, ensuring repeat business and delivering seamless experiences.
- Travel Planning: Leverage in-depth knowledge of Sri Lanka to plan and execute well-rounded luxury travel experiences.
- Market Insight: Understand guest expectations, preferences, and market dynamics to attract international visitors to Sri Lanka.
Experience: At least 8 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with a focus on luxury travel.
Knowledge: Extensive travel experience within Sri Lanka and a deep understanding of the local luxury travel market.
