Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive in Colombo 03. The role involves tasks related to market planning, market research, communication, sales, and marketing on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications:
– Partly qualified in CIM, SLIM, or any similar professional qualification
– A degree in Business Management or Marketing is preferable
– Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
– Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales
– Customer-centric with problem-solving abilities
– Excellent email communication skills
Responsibilities:
– Providing consultations and accurate information to prospective clients about company tools
– Handling customer requests, negotiation, and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
– Proficient coordination within the Sales team
