Job Description
Seeking a skilled Lean Six Sigma specialist to lead process improvement initiatives, drive transformation projects, and ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities include implementing Lean Six Sigma initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, and fostering a lean culture through training and mentoring. Special skills required include project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Qualifications: Minimum 8 years’ experience in Banking/LSS Project Management, with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Alternatively, 7 years’ experience with a Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Banking domain knowledge is essential.
