Job Description
Position: Assistant Financial Controller

Responsibilities:
- Overall management and development of accounts team.
- Manage all Accounting functions of Transco Holdings & its subsidiaries.
- Supervise and participate in the preparation to ensure accurate and timely preparation of Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Consolidated Financials.
- Liaise with internal and external parties on all Industry related/regulatory requirements in compliance with local and global accounting standards.
- Budgeting – coordination, Preparation of the annual budgets, Presentation of budgets to Management for approvals, Monitoring variances, Managing KPI’s, Preparing & Presenting strategic growth analysis.
- Management of Financial investments & Cash Flow of the Company in line with Regulatory requirements and internal Policies.
- Taxation – ensure all taxes are properly accounted, and make sure the payments made accordingly. (VAT, WHT, APIT)
Requirements:
- ICAL or ACCA Fully Qualified
- Good Computer Literacy & Communication Skills
- A Minimum of 8 Years Experience in Accounting & Finance
- Knowledge in Freight Forwarding will be an added advantage
