Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with suppliers, tour guides, transport providers, hotels, and tour operators for seamless service delivery.
- Handle inquiries, bookings, confirmations, and payments from international clients.
- Develop and promote new travel products and packages.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Update travel itineraries with accuracy.
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in a similar role or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lanka and its key attractions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and any other language is an advantage.
- Ability to manage travel needs around the clock.
