Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with suppliers, tour guides, transport providers, hotels, and tour operators for seamless service delivery.
• Handle inquiries, bookings, confirmations, and payments from international clients.
• Develop and promote new travel products and packages.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Update travel itineraries with accuracy.

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in a similar role or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lanka and its key attractions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and any other language is an advantage.
• Ability to manage travel needs around the clock.
