Job Description
Uptime Solutions offers white label IT Support and NOC services to MSPs, empowering them to broaden their service offerings. Join us and work with a top UK MSP, receiving additional training to enhance your technical expertise. Living in Colombo is advantageous but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd Line support to SME client base, acting as a crucial escalation point.
- Prior MSP experience preferred.
- Excellent English language skills required.

- MS Windows Server: 2012, 2016, 2019
- Microsoft 365
- Azure & Azure AD
- MS Exchange 2010 and above
- Networking – VLAN’s, Routers / Bridging
- Security – Firewalls (SonicWall, Fortinet, Cisco), Endpoint protection, AV
- Virtualisation – Hyper V & VMware
