Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users.
- System Maintenance: Help with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
- Documentation: Create and update technical documentation, including user guides and IT policies.
- Network Management: Support the IT team in managing network infrastructure.
- Software Updates: Assist in deploying software updates and patches.
- Inventory Management: Help maintain an inventory of IT assets.
- Security: Assist in implementing and monitoring IT security measures.
- Project Assistance: Participate in various IT projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Completed or Following a Diploma in Computer Hardware & Basic Networking
- Positive Mindset & Attitude
- Ability to Handle Multiple Tasks
- Ability to work under Minimum Supervision
