Job Description
Job Duties:
- Process payments and invoices
- Reconcile departmental billings
- Issue invoices to customers
- Make and track payments
- Handle tax functions (VAT/S-VAT/NBT)
- Process EPF/ETF/PAYE
- Process Payroll
- Review employee expenses
- Make bank deposits and records
- Validate invoices against received items/services
- Check financial transactions for accuracy
- Key data into accounting system
- Disburse funds as needed
Requirements:
- Second level completed in ACA, AACA, or Third level CIMA
- At least Two years of similar experience
- Exposure in a large organization’s Main Line Operator/ Leading Feeder or Shipping vertical
- Excellent communication skills in English
