Job Description
WORKING HOURS – MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 9.00 AM-6.00 PM
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE WORKING POSITION
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure customer service channels (e.g. IG, FB, WhatsApp, CS Hotline) are attended during service hours.
- Dispatch all orders to courier partners within 1 working day.
- Follow up with courier partners for speedy delivery.
- Settle company couriers’ deliveries.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of online customer service experience.
- Proficient in English and Sinhala (written and oral).
- E-commerce backend experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.
