Company Description: AlphaSonic Technologies (Pvt) Ltd is a full-service IT solutions provider based in Colombo, Sri Lanka since 2012. Specializing in Networking, Systems, Communications, and comprehensive organizational support services.
Skills and Responsibilities:
- Installation and troubleshooting of Firewalls and Manageable switches.
- Build strong customer relationships while supporting existing customers.
- Work well under pressure.
- Solve problems independently without escalation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2+ years hands-on experience with Firewalls and Switches (Fortigate, Sophos, Sonicwall, Cisco/Aruba).
- CCNA, CCNP/Network diploma (or equivalent) certification.
- Experience in Network troubleshooting, Firewall troubleshooting, VLAN, and Routing.
- Knowledge of other networking product installation and troubleshooting is a plus.
