Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the recruitment life cycle, including Talent strategy, sourcing, interviewing, selection for Engineering and support vacancies in Sri Lanka.
- Assist stakeholders to address talent acquisition challenges.
- Assist in talent searches, set benchmarks and metrics, identify bottlenecks, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Assist and coordinate with hiring managers in fulfilling the resourcing requirements while adhering to internal processes.
- Update the company ATS with up-to-date hiring data and reports.
- Collaborate remotely with other team members, Delivery and Regional teams, external vendors, and consultants.
- Provide data for reports and hiring metrics and dashboards for weekly management review.
Qualifications/Skills/Knowledge
- An undergraduate in Business Administration, HR, and Management.
- Achievements in extracurricular activities would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact positively on all levels.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn HR processes and practices.
- Fluent in MS Excel & MS Word.
This position will be on a fixed-term contract for 6-11 months. The selected candidate is required to report to work physically at the Parkland Building, Colombo 0200.
