Job Description
We are currently seeking a Manager for Business Excellence & Projects at JFS Holdings Limited, a prominent Health & Pharmaceutical company based in Colombo.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or a professional qualification in finance (CIMA or ACCA) with an MBA
- Any related professional qualification in Marketing or Project Management would be advantageous
- 8-10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity in finance, marketing, business transformation, or business analytics
- Direct/indirect exposure to healthcare business, with managerial experience as a plus
- Experience in providing business insights for transformation projects with strategic acumen, customer focus, and networking skills
