Qualifications
- HR Management and HR Operations skills
- Experience in handling Employee Relations and HR Policies
- Knowledge and expertise in Human Resources (HR) functions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field or equivalent
- Relevant certifications in HR would be a plus
- 2 years experience in handling general HR processes
