Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at BMS in Colombo. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for HR management, HRIS, benefits administration, training, and other HR-related tasks to support the organization’s human capital needs.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Benefits Administration and Training expertise
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
