We are looking for an Application Support Specialist to work remotely for our US-based partner company.
What You Will Be Doing
- Monitor customer operations using software applications and take appropriate actions.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and provide solutions for customer issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams.
- Provide prompt feedback and prepare reports.
- Document knowledge in tech notes and articles.
What Are We Looking For
- Excellent English skills
- Strong IT literacy (MS Office & Google Apps)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Ability to work independently
- Minimum 2 years of similar role experience
- Logistics domain experience is a plus
Contract Duration & Conditions
- 3-Month Contract
- Renewal for good performers
- Must work CST hours
