Job Description

POSITION: Chief Financial Officer
LOCATION: Colombo, Sri Lanka
SALARY: 800K – 1 Mn Gross (Negotiable)
OVERVIEW: We are seeking an energetic and visionary CFO to lead our finance function, drive strategic planning, and provide financial support to the leadership team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage financial reporting and relationships with auditors
- Contribute to business strategy and budgeting
- Provide financial analysis for key decisions
- Analyze tenders and proposals for commercial insights
- Present financial results to the Board
PRE-REQUISITES:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 15+ years experience, 10+ in financial leadership
- Strong in financial reporting and working capital management
- ERP implementation experience is a plus
