Job Description
Requirements:
- Lead and manage pricing team effectively for Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Courier services.
- Engage with import and export teams to develop competitive pricing strategies.
- Review and manage daily pricing inquiries, coordinating with team members for timely quotations.
- Track sales inquiries, feedback, and conduct job performance reviews weekly.
- Analyze sales performance, lead pricing discussions, and refine pricing processes for efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- 5+ years of pricing or logistics experience with a focus on air freight.
- Proven track record in team management and pricing strategy development.
