Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth in the assigned regions.
- Oversee the daily operations of Business Development Officers.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with Sub-representatives and customers.
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets and year-over-year growth.
- Gather and analyze competitor information to drive decision-making.
- Mentor and guide your team to ensure success.
Qualifications:
- G.C.E Advance Level, Part qualified in CIM or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
- Focused and goal-oriented.
