Job Description
@Uptime provides white label IT Support and NOC services to MSPs, enabling them to expand their service offerings. This role involves collaborating with a leading UK-based MSP for additional training to enhance technical expertise.
Living in the Colombo area is advantageous but not required.
Responsibilities:
Providing 2nd Line support to a large SME client base, serving as a skilled escalation point. Prior MSP background preferred. Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal, is essential.
Skills:
- MS Windows Server: 2012, 2016, 2019
- Microsoft 365
- Azure & Azure AD
- MS Exchange 2010 and above
- Remote Desktop Server implementations
- Networking – VLAN’s, Routers / Bridging
- Security – Firewalls like SonicWall, Fortinet, Cisco, Endpoint protection, AV
- Virtualization – Hyper V & VMware
- Backups
