Job Description
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role, focusing on OS management and general IT troubleshooting.
- High school diploma in IT or equivalent, technical certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency with major operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot various IT issues.
- Basic knowledge of networking, hardware maintenance, and software applications.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
