Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Business Development Officer at Hayleys Solar in Matara. The role involves tasks such as developing new business opportunities, utilizing analytical skills to identify market trends, managing finance-related aspects, communicating with stakeholders, and providing excellent customer service. Some remote work is acceptable for this position.
Qualifications
- Field Sales and New Business Development experience
- Effective Management abilities
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
