Job Description

Role Description: We are seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to oversee financial management, ensure compliance, and facilitate financial reporting. Responsibilities include profit finalization, sales incentives, daily finance tasks, bank reconciliations, and preparing financial reports for presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finalize month-end profits and provide detailed reports.
• Administer sales incentives and manage daily finance activities.
• Conduct bank reconciliations, prepare financial reports, and liaise with internal departments.
• Assist with audits and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
