Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the reservations team across multiple properties.
- Handle reservation tasks, special requests, VIP bookings, and group reservations.
- Ensure outstanding guest communication and seamless booking processes.
- Mentor new staff and collaborate with sales and marketing for optimal occupancy rates.
Qualifications Required:
- 4+ years experience in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in reservation systems, Excel, and relevant software.
