Job Description
The Job:
- Responsible for checking & authorizing all mandates/documents in line with SLAs.
- Ensure controls are followed and communicated to new staff.
- Provide prompt service to internal customers and resolve their queries.
- Complete transactions per processing procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain agreed service levels with business lines.
The Person:
- Banking and Finance qualification.
- 3-4 years of banking experience.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented.
