Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives for performance and growth.
- Provide expert advice on talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Lead HR programs for employee engagement, retention, and development to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes from recruitment to offboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify HR needs and implement effective solutions aligned with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks.
Requirements:
- Proven HRBP or HR Manager experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong HR knowledge, employment law understanding, and excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred; HR certifications a plus.
