Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Manager – Quality Assurance to join our team in Kurunegala. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the coir products industry. This role involves overseeing the entire quality assurance process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and policies.
• Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor the quality assurance team.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to improve product quality.
