OVERVIEW: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Payroll Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will handle payroll data, ensure accuracy, and comply with company policies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process monthly payroll
- Upload employee data into the system
- Ensure statutory compliance
- Verify and reconcile payroll information
- Resolve discrepancies and assist employees
- Prepare payroll reports
- Maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams
PRE-REQUISITES:
- Minimum 1 year in payroll
- Experience with payroll systems
- Knowledge of Hsenid system is a plus
- Familiar with payroll laws
