Job Description
- JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage recruitment process including sourcing strategies, shortlisting, and interviews.
- Orient new recruits to the Company, ensuring staff database accuracy.
- Act as the main contact for employees and managers, facilitate necessary training.
- Prepare reports on HR climate, ensure legal compliance for subcontracted workers.
- Manage PMS and handle grievances, disciplinary issues, and engagement activities.
- Perform additional duties as requested by management.
- Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, 4-5 years’ experience, confidentiality, and energetic personality.
