Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage assigned projects using Agile, Scrum, and waterfall methodologies.
- Develop project plans and schedules, track progress against milestones.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Lead a team, facilitate project meetings, and maintain client relationships.
- Prepare project status reports and executive summaries.
- Assist with budget preparation and achievement.
CANDIDATE’S PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of IT Project Management experience.
- PMP certification desirable.
- ERP implementation experience preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrable leadership and mentoring abilities.
