Job Description
Responsibilities
- Resolve incidents/problems reported by end users in ERP systems.
- Implement new requirements and manage documentation.
- Bridge gap between business and technical teams.
- Test changes with users and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in ICT/Management Information Systems.
- 3+ years experience in Oracle EBS R 12.2, specializing in SCM, projects, HCM.
- SQL/PLSQL knowledge and strong communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate collaboration between teams and grasp new concepts.
