Role Description:
Seeking a full-time Senior IT Technician to troubleshoot technical issues, provide support, and offer IT services to staff and patients. Conduct training sessions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Knowledge in Information Technology
- Customer Service skills
- Experience in providing training
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (added advantage)
