Responsibilities

• Managing Individual accounts
• Approaching new accounts and quoting rates
• Handling air freight shipments, rates, operations, tracking
• Handling transport and wharfage requirements
• Resolving disputes with suppliers and customers
• Maintaining relationships to enhance business
• Assisting with forecasts and credit grants
• Coordinating import shipment orders

Requirements

• CIM, Transport or Logistics & Supply Chain Management, 4-5 years of experience
• Exceptional sales, marketing, customer service, and leadership skills
• Thorough knowledge of the work scope
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
