Job Description
Our client, MOSIACHR PEO (Private) Limited, a leading company in the apparel and sportswear manufacturing industry, is seeking an Executive – Group Sourcing and Supply Chain.
This role is crucial for coordinating and driving key Sourcing & Supply Chain strategic initiatives. The candidate will work closely with divisional teams and suppliers to support the development and implementation of strategic roadmaps to benefit the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of Group Sourcing & Supply Chain strategies.
- Monitor activities in the Strategic Initiative Roadmap.
- Coordinate engagement activities related to strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with Data Analytics team and Divisional Teams for data gathering.
- Prepare updates for leadership on the progress of initiatives.
- Engage with multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills, and Competencies:
- Degree in Business or Supply Chain.
- 1-2 years of similar work experience.
- Knowledge of customer product development and supply chain compliance.
- Skills in Sourcing and Supply Chain analytics and management reporting.
- Experience in vendor management and raw material sourcing.
