Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive at Fits Express in Orugodawatta. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and overseeing customer service operations on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide outstanding customer service through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
2. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
4. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
5. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Qualifications
1. Excellent command of English and Tamil is a must, both written and verbal.
2. Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Passed Advanced Level.
