Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing business metrics and develop strategies to enhance financial performance and expand business operations across the Delmege Group.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to directors and senior management, effectively communicating business insights, strategies, and performance metrics.
• Engage with international customers to drive the expansion of Delmege products into global markets.
• Develop cost-saving strategies and identify digitalization tools to optimize business operations.
• Collaborate with business and sales teams to gather and analyze data for performance enhancement and strategic improvements.
• Collaborate with cluster heads to ensure timely execution of business development initiatives and update management regularly.

Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools for data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing from a recognized institute or university, having an MBA would be an added advantage.
• More than 5 years of experience in business analysis, business development & sales and marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
