Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through market analysis, lead generation, and networking.
- Develop strategies for acquiring new clients and securing contracts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring personalized solutions and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams for smooth contract execution.
- Develop marketing campaigns to promote services and generate leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 7+ years in business development, marketing, or sales, preferably in logistics or 3PL.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and industry trends.
- Proven success in lead generation, client acquisition, and negotiations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
