Job Description
Trillium Hotels (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated General Manager to oversee daily operations at Trillium Hotel Colombo 07 and eventually lead both hotels in Colombo 07. The role involves managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining service quality standards.
Qualifications include experience in hotel management, strong leadership skills, customer service excellence, and proficiency in budgeting and financial management. Fluency in English, Sinhala, and/or Tamil is required.
This is an urgent hire for a high-occupancy hotel. Only candidates with hospitality experience will be considered. Immediate availability is preferred.
