Qualifications:
- BEng, BIT, BSC, or higher in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 1 year of RF Optimization experience preferred.
- Experience in SSV, SSO, cluster optimization, OSS, load balancing is advantageous.
- Demonstrated expertise in optimization for multi-technology networks.
- Proficiency in RF tools and software.
- Strong analytical, managerial, and communication skills.
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
