Job Description
Our client, MOSIACHR PEO (Private) Limited, a renowned telecommunications service provider in Sri Lanka, is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join their dynamic team.
The Job:
- Lead a team of Business Analysts to implement best practices.
- Ensure development aligns with stakeholder needs and standards.
- Assess requirements feasibility and maintain documentation standards.
- Design solutions meeting regulatory constraints and organizational goals.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for systems and solutions.
The Person:
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of BA experience.
- Proficient in communication, reporting, and decision-making.
- Strong research and learning skills with a focus on following procedures.
