Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive at FITS Express – ASC for UPS Sri Lanka in Colombo. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering excellent customer service, effective communication, and supporting sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Identify and escalate priority issues as needed.
- Contribute to team efforts for customer service goals.
