Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with expertise in both automation and manual testing to join our dynamic team at iTelaSoft. As a QA Engineer, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing methodologies, contributing to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Quality and on-time deliverables of test assignments.
• Requirements elaboration and independent source of user stories.
• Test to break attitude and defect management.
• Prepare test plans/strategies and implement them.
• Create test cases, execute, automate, and generate test reports.
• Validate and review QA artefacts and project documentation.
• Release gating and user acceptance process ownership.
• Escalate issues, propose corrective actions, and close roadblocks.
• Adhere to company quality frameworks and engage in improvements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience.
• BSc in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in Agile (Scrum) methodology and tools like JIRA.
• Strong communication, analytical skills, and willingness to take ownership.
• ISTQB qualification is a plus.
