Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Share Expansion: Increase market share in both retail and wholesale channels.
- Develop annual marketing strategies and plans for the brands.
- Enhance corporate brand image and provide insights for growth.
- Formulate effective marketing strategies and demand planning initiatives.
- Oversee implementation of marketing plans.
- Develop sales forecasts and provide insights for new product development.
- Collaborate with agencies for campaign development and analysis.
- Manage sales and marketing events for successful activations.
- Ensure brand safety and integrity.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, Master’s or certifications a plus.
- 3-5 years experience in marketing management with proven leadership.
- Analytical skills, proficiency in digital marketing, and communication skills.
- Budget management, innovation, and team management abilities.
- Organizational, decision-making, and industry knowledge.
