Job Description
To manage the Outlet and achieve the KPIs provided.
Recruit, train and manage store staff, conduct performance evaluation and foster a positive work environment.
To maintain adequate shelf stocks and buffer stocks of all products.
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an outlet manager in a reputed establishment.
Possess a Diploma or Certificate in Retailing is preferred.
Good communication skills (English, Sinhala/ Tamil).
Excellent selling and merchandising skills.
