Job Description

Main Responsibilities

• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, timesheets, and budgets.
• Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Documenting actions and decisions.
• Preparing project presentation materials and providing support.
• Undertaking project tasks as required.
• Ensuring project adherence to frameworks.
• Chairing and facilitating meetings, distributing minutes.
• Creating project management calendar for goals.

Skills/Knowledge

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Competency in MS Office, MS Project & JIRA.
• Knowledge in Agile Project Management is a plus.
• Working under tight deadlines.
• Leading and driving project activities.
• Coordinating and facilitating project operations.
• Understanding Scrum and Agile practices.
