Position: HR EXECUTIVE
Location: Biyagama, Malwana
Main Responsibilities
- Handle payroll processes and HR-related matters.
- Represent company in Labor Department.
- Manage recruitment needs and HR documentation.
- Identify staff development needs and conduct HR programs.
- Handle staff grievances and other assigned projects.
Requirements
- Graduate or Professional Qualification in HR Management.
- 2-3 years’ experience in Administration or HR.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
