Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and engage potential customers.
• Utilize technical knowledge to understand customer pain points, convert leads, and secure business.
• Use technical expertise in sales and customer interactions.
• Oversee objectives and report to Principal based on guidelines.
• Conduct technical seminars and Lube Clinics for clients.
• Visit client sites to analyze and resolve lubricant-related issues.
• Present Lube Charts to highlight key parameters and assist in budgeting.
• Develop business partnerships and manage debtors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant degree.
• Chartered Engineer status.
• Minimum 10 years in automotive/mechanical engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Willingness to work long hours and travel.
