Job Description
Location: Kotehena
Nature of the organization: Maritime Institute
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage ISO 9001 Quality Manuals, ensuring compliance through audits and certifications.
- Supervise maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance preventive practices.
- Ensure accuracy of financial records and adherence to budgets.
- Manage regulatory inquiries promptly and in compliance.
- Maintain effective student communication and satisfaction.
- Support lecture delivery and evaluate student performance.
- Ensure accuracy and security in examination processes.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Class 2 or 1 Mariner with relevant STCW training and experience.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
